These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MyClassX website and School ERP platform. By accessing or using MyClassX, you agree to these terms.
1. About MyClassX
MyClassX is a school management ERP that helps schools manage attendance, announcements, staff, academics, and administrative workflows. Access is provided to schools through role-based accounts: Admin, Principal, HOD, Accountant, Teacher, and Student.
2. Account & Access
- School Admin accounts are created during onboarding by MyClassX or authorized school personnel.
- The Admin can create and manage other roles within the school.
- You are responsible for protecting login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
3. Demo & Subscription
- We offer a free demo/trial period. The duration may vary (for example, 7–15 days) depending on the school.
- After the demo, continued usage may require payment of a one-time setup fee and an ongoing subscription.
- Subscription pricing is generally based on the number of students per month. Custom pricing may apply.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. No Refund Policy
MyClassX follows a strict no refund policy for setup fees and subscription payments, except where required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
- You must not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt services.
- Sharing sensitive school data publicly or violating applicable laws may lead to suspension.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable performance. However, occasional maintenance or unexpected technical issues may occur.
8. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment after applicable grace periods.
- Schools may be notified when possible before major access changes.
