Service Delivery (Shipping Policy)
MyClassX provides a digital School ERP platform. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how our service is delivered after payment.
1. Digital Service Delivery
- MyClassX is delivered as an online software service (SaaS).
- Access is provided through role-based logins created for the school.
2. Activation Timeline
After successful payment of applicable fees, the school’s access will be activated or extended as per the plan and agreement.
3. No Physical Shipping
Since MyClassX is a digital service, no courier or shipping timelines apply.
