- Admin details (email, phone number, login credentials).
- User role details created by the school Admin (Principal, HOD, Accountant, Teacher, Student).
- Operational data required for ERP features (attendance, announcements, results, etc.).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and improve ERP services.
- To manage role-based access and secure login.
- To support onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- To process subscription payments.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay. We may share necessary payment-related details with Razorpay solely for payment processing.

We store data on secure cloud infrastructure and apply reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
