This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for MyClassX services. MyClassX is a digital School ERP service with a demo/trial option.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Schools may choose to discontinue usage after the demo period. If a subscription is active, cancellation will stop future billing where applicable.

3. No Refund Policy

MyClassX follows a strict no refund policy for one-time setup fees and subscription payments. We encourage schools to evaluate the platform during the demo period before committing to paid plans.

4. Non-Payment & Access

If a subscription expires and payment is not completed within the allowed grace period, the school account may be deactivated until renewal.
